Robert Scheck and his wife Jill are the founders and senior pastors of Hallelujah Ministries International and Church on the Rock, located in Hays, Kansas. Their vision is to establish God's covenant principles in the "heartland" of America - dealing with the "issues of the heart" in men, women, and children who cope with divorce, hurting marriages, and rocky relationships. The Scheck's have gone through it themselves when dealing with issues of a blended family and broken relationships; now they mentor others on how to minister to the heart and renew marriage vows. Robert and Jill have been married for over 30 years.
